Dr. Bhagwati Lal Bhandari retired in 1996 as Professor and Head, Department of Pediatrics, Principal RNT Medical College, Udaipur, Rajasthan, Dean, faculty of medicine, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. he has more than 190 publications and chapters in text books to his credit. Government of Rajasthan in 1981 honored him for his role in developing child Health in Rajasthan.

Dr. Harit Bhandari completed his MBBS and then MD in pediatrics. After which he did Short term attachment at PGI, chandigarh in PICU and NICU. He has attended various conferences and workshops. He has an experience of 20 years in treating sick Newborns and Children. He was amongst the first ones in Town to Start Surfactant replacement therapy and Mechanical Ventilation including High Frequency Ventilation. He Is a member of various Pediatric subspecialty chapters of Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
